We've designed our first-visit experience to be as comfortable and welcoming as possible. Here's exactly what you can expect:
We’ll see you as soon as possible—often the same day. Your comfort comes first.
We explain what’s happening in plain language, answer questions, and only recommend what’s genuinely needed.
Sedation and pain relief options are available. Our approach is always calm and nonjudgmental—focused on easing pain and worry.
No surprise bills. We follow the Alberta Fee Guide and offer direct billing, accept CDCP plans, and explain all financing upfront.
Call us if you’re unsure—even outside of regular hours. We’ll explain next steps and get you in quickly. If you’re anxious about treatment, let us know. Our team is highly trained to make your experience calm and stress-free.
